SUPPORT INFORMATION

For a once yearly fee of $350 per computer* - receive the following:

• Unlimited phone support for all computers **
• 5 hours of on-site trouble calls***
• One on-site visit yearly to perform computer maintenance*** which includes:
.... system cleaning
.... performing hardware & software upgrades
.... troubleshooting
.... answering any questions you may have

* The rate of $350 per year is per computer. The yearly visit is per-office - all computers on the plan need to be serviced on the same visit. Software and hardware must be purchased by the client, unless otherwise noted.

** Your support calls must be with regards to the computers on the plan, not computers outside of the plan. You may use your phone support any way you wish - including asking general computer advice, and advice on hardware and software purchases.

*** On-site trouble calls and twice-yearly maintenance visits are within Greenville County only. For visits outside of Greenville County, add $1 per mile outside of Greenville County to your yearly fee.
