Why would a marketing firm offer a computer specialist to its clients? Over the years we have worked with many small start-up businesses, and noticed a need for initial computer set-up for their offices, along with our marketing services. We were often asked to recommend someone for the job, and a knowledgeable, reliable computer technician, fluent in both Mac and PC languages, is often hard to find.

As a result we now have one very in-demand computer technician on our staff, who services only our clients exclusively.

We offer 3 basic services, please find details below. Note: We do not offer pay-by-the-hour computer repair.

1) INITIAL COMPUTER SETUP - We will set up your small business with all of it's initial computer needs. From helping you purchase the correct computers, to networking, installing hardware and software, finding the right backup system for you and more. And yes, we intall and service both Macs and PCs, and can network them so that they work together in your office. 2) CONTINUED COMPUTER SUPPORT - Once we have set up your computer system, sign up for our yearly maintenance program and enjoy 5 hours of on-site support as needed throughout the year, unlimited phone support throughout the year, and once yearly visits to clean and update your systems at no extra charge. Our maintenance program is $30 per month, per computer. (Additional rates may apply for businesses outside of Greenville county).
**You may sign your business up for this service even if we did not do your initial install. There will be a one-time evaluation fee of $30 per computer (minimum $90 for the visit) for our technician to evaluate your business. Then we will sign you up for the plan above.

Note: We do not offer pay-by-the-hour computer repair. If you have an existing system, whether installed by us or someone else, we will require that you sign up for our continued support plan before evaluating and repairing your computer(s). We do this for two reasons: (1) It is the best deal given that most computer repairs are in excess of $300 for each fix. (2) If you are on our maintenance plan, we know that your computer(s) have been services properly and are less likely to have problems.

When you receive service, not only will we repair your computer, but we’ll tell you what went wrong (in a language you can understand) and how to prevent it in the future. In addition, we’ll leave you with one of our “cheat sheets” containing tips on what to do should another mishap occur, so you may not even need to call us again.
